Gender-Driven Sustainability

Dates: 16.05 - 24.05.2023

Place: Benalmádena, Spain

Venue: Aparthotel First Flatotel International

Description: The Gender-Driven Sustainability project is a comprehensive 7-day project, designed to equip participants with the knowledge, competence, and skills required to promote gender equality and its role in building a sustainable future. The project aims to emphasize the importance of engaging women and girls in climate change adaptation, mitigation, and response at all levels and across all countries. This training program acknowledges the crucial connection between gender equality and environmental conservation, as well as the potential impact on future generations. 

Working language: English

Costs: Participation fee is 70 EUR. Travel expenses from Germany to Spain and return will be reimbursed up to max. 320/220 EUR (depends on the city of departure).

Accommodation: The accomodation costs are covered. During the days of the training course participants will be accommodated in Aparthotel First Flatotel International. 3 times meal per day is also included. 

Travel: You can also stay 2 days longer or arrive 2 days earlier and explore the area at your own expense.
